you have a very bad back, Nathan. I've got a terrible body all over, to be honest, but specifically

it's my back I'm struggling with. So we tried to record yesterday, but your internet connection

where you were was insufficient and I was in a considerable amount of pain

when we tried to record yesterday. Things have improved since then so you're getting a slightly

more upbeat version of walking a bit. Yeah, yesterday was a nightmare. I was down at my parents

in Somerset. They are now my social bubble, fought off my sister to be the champion child and be able to actually go and see my parents, which is great.

But the internet connection in their village was horrific.

And I could hear you and Bardi, but it was very delayed, and it sounded like you were through a wind tunnel or something.

So we decided to give that a miss. I mean, if anyone

is listening is a physio and can help Nathan out with his back, please do get in touch because

bless him, he's really suffering at the moment. So that would be nice. But at least we've got Spurs back,

right? If there are only physios listening, I have some sort of muscular injury to my spine,

which may or may not be connected to the patellofemoral pain syndrome in my right knee,

and also I have some kind of 18-month ongoing tendinal issue with my left forearm, sweet.
