You all had been tricked, I believe, by Major Domo

Brutus, the gargoyle servant of Escher, Kreskov. You were all attacked by gargoyles with

strange alchemical contraptions that were attempting to basically lock you

in instant ceiling, breathable crystal, basically,

crystal goo.

You got slimed.

Yeah, I kept getting sick to hell.

Yeah, you got to be set to hell.

Slime down.

I got sucked to hell.

To be then imprisoned in an anti-magic field, to wait out at the end of the world

effectively. And it was, you were able to kill the gargoyles and eventually escape, tricking

Brutus along the way, then raiding Escher's private study, where you then saw strange sketches and plans about

Zentra, the citadel of the king's conclave, seemingly being important, with a portal

opening up seemingly from an eclipse that was imminent.

Leaving, you then left, do you leave Brutus tied up?

Yeah, I think you did.
