teenager fighting against tyrannical parents, parents that don't understand him or her. But

Bend it like Beckham is a very different coming of age story. It features a character that loves

her family and loves her culture and really wants to be a part of that,

but then also wants to explore her own identity and her growing love of football, or as we call it, soccer in the U.S.

Justi Putter, now that your sister has got engaged, it's different. You know how people talk?
