One of the most rewarding parts of being in the Pez Network is that National Pez benefit

from what are called bench learning assessments. This is where experts from outside your

national PES are able to give XTAL and advice to you in your national PES. They're currently

done virtually and after a lot of preliminary research, the visiting assessors don't simply talk to the

head office. On the second day simply talk to the head office.

On the second day they talk to a regional office to see how well the aims of the central

office work in the real world.

The most recent national PEZ that benefited from a bench learning assessment was Paul

En-Proix.

It's the French PEZ, that's Paul-en-Proix.

And today I'm with Paul Bazin, who's very senior, he's the

Deputy Director-General in Paul-en-Plois, to talk about this. I'm also with Isabel Charelle from a local

office in Bourgambre, I'll be talking to her later, and also with Florence Dumonti, I'll be

talking to her later as well. Florence is very senior on Paul-en-Proix in Paris and she's very well-known
