Why don't we start with the offense and how they came to David Blow and what your thoughts

on David Blow now running the offense?

Yeah, I mean, obviously it's, you know, a fascinating move to go to, you know, to move on

from Cliff Kingberry, you know, highly experienced, you know, we can debate what, you know,

what was, there wasn't his fault this year and all those things.

But to go from that to a guy who has never, he's never been a position coach before,

I think it's interesting,

I haven't done, I haven't really asked this yet, but like what's the equation of like years in

the NFL to years of coaching? Like we focus so much on the fact that he has only been, he's only been

a coach for a couple of years, but he played in the NFL for five years. He was a backup quarterback.

So, you know, we kind of understand you.

He's doing a lot, not coaching necessarily, but he's doing a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff in that role because he wasn't playing that often. I don't know. It's really interesting that they did this. And, you know, it would be great to know. We haven't talked to them, obviously, you know, if they would be honest, like, how much was this?
