Today we're excited to sit down with Ben Sulek from ESPN.

And Ben, let's talk a little bit about the Ravens in this offseason.

Obviously it's been an off season to change for this group with Jesse Minter coming in.

From your view, what kind of impact will the arrival of Jesse Minter and this new coaching staff have on this team? Yeah, I'm excited. And I think that I was a guy who believed a lot in Harbaugh, and I would have felt great about another year of Harbaugh. But obviously, they decided to make this shift. And when they do so, I think they do it with an idea in mind of what Mentor can be as a head coach because they had the familiarity. They wanted to get in before, you know, the getting was gone as it is.

Now, Minter, you know, with everything that he talks about in the way that he speaks, heavily,

analytically minded, has a modern view on defense, right? Things about things is the way that Mike

McDonald did, all extremely exciting stuff. You go and you say, all right, like, what are you going to be able to do with the OC spot? Who do you know, right? How deep is your NFL role that actually haven't been here for

very long? Declan Doyle was a big name now, right? This was a hire that I think got a lot of people excited and what Declan's done in his background with Lamar. Like, that's a very unique player relative to what he's done in the past.

And so you're impressed

And so everything Minter is doing so far,
