There have been some developments in the game with the Universal D.H., the California rule and

extra earnings putting a runner on second. There are some possible new developments in the game

where my colleagues want automated balls and strikes. What are your thoughts here from the

purest point of view and what's going on with Major League Baseball? So honestly, I thought

that it's bizarre that they adopted all of these Universal D.H., the California rule,

before the automated balls and strikes. That's weird. Because the automated balls and strikes,

at least you can make the case, that that is the rule. I mean, the rule is that the strike zone

exists. And now the question is whether you're hitting the strike zone or not. And it's kind of

ridiculous game-to-game, you know, how, like there are certain skill sets that are going to get

removed. For example, framing a pitch is no longer going to matter if you go to an automated

strike zone. So, you know, the yad yermalinas of the world are going to have less pay days.

But with that said, I mean, you're not, you're not functionally changing what the sport is about.

When you add things like Universal D.H., you're getting rid of the strategy that at least used to

exist before the advent of, you know, specialist luggies and all of this kind of stuff. The California

rules are disaster and abomination. I mean, like, I'm sorry, starting with a run-around

...
