1:05.9	withdrawal. The person's name is Rachmanullah La Kanwal, who apparently literally just ambushed these
1:14.1	soldiers. He was lying in wait before rounding the corner near the Farragut-West Metro Station
1:18.8	in northwest D.C. around 2.15 p.m. Open fire struck a female guard in the chest and then
1:23.6	shot her in the head. This person apparently entered the country under Operation Allies Welcome
1:29.4	and then resettled in Bellingham, Washington.
