We got a few things going on, but glad to be with you guys.

It's awesome. Well, let's get right into it. I watched your press conference yesterday, and you're getting all the different questions, addressing all the different things.

The one thing that I keep coming back to,

because you had multiple options,

you chose the bears,

alignment with the front office was a key factor for you.

What is it that spoke to you ultimately

and said,

this is where I'm going to get what I'm looking for?

Yeah, so three-hour interview over zero. and said, this is where I'm going to get what I'm looking for. Yeah.

So three-hour interview over Zoom with George, Ryan, Kevin, and a few other guys in that

search committee.

And they were very direct.

They were very honest about where they saw the program and where it stood and what needed to

happen to get over the hump because I really do believe this is a talented roster.

I've thought that for the last couple of years.

And so talking with them and I just had a lot of confidence in where they stood and the direction that we could go forward to get over that home.

And so, man, it just made sense.

I love this place in terms of the locale.

I've been here several times.
