1:16.0	addiction can be a very challenging thing to face, especially when it's someone that you love
1:22.2	and can be challenging to know how to support them through addiction. It can also be challenging if you are the one that feels like you are struggling with
1:31.3	some form of addiction to know how to support yourself or to move through the shame
1:36.4	they can often feel to have that addiction and be in a challenging space within your life.
