0:28.4	Today I am joined by Ben Francis and Noel Mc, the founder and chief brand officer at Jim
0:34.8	Sharp. When I was in 10 Downing Street, one of the best parts of my job was scouting out
0:40.9	the next exciting wave of entrepreneurs that should meet the Prime Minister and that we
0:45.2	should help develop on their journey. So it would always be a question, I would ask
0:51.0	some of the more established entrepreneurs that I spoke with, who did they think were
0:55.3	the next big thing? Who should we be aware of? Stuart Marks said to me in 2016, you have
1:02.5	got to have a look at this guy called Ben Francis. I did and I was impressed. So when
1:08.8	we were creating the PM's Scaleup and Entrepreneurship Advisory Council, I was keen for Ben to be
1:14.5	involved. Before these councils would meet, we would sit down with the Prime Minister
1:20.0	and have a 15 minute briefing through the cast list of characters, the different personalities,
1:25.3	and what they would be likely to raise. In this briefing, when we got to Ben's name,
1:31.0	someone said, yes, Prime Minister, one of Jimmy's wild cards, Ben Francis, a pizza delivery
1:37.6	boy who prints t-shirts. The PM raised an eyebrow in my direction, but said no more. Meeting
1:45.7	a Prime Minister can do funny things to an individual, they can jumble their lines, it
1:50.7	can make them speak uncontrollably fast, or they can forget them altogether. I had seen
1:57.0	business leaders with more experience and pedigree than a 26 year old from Solihull Crumble.
2:04.6	When it came to Ben's turn to talk, he started confidently by telling us the story of Jim
