Good morning, I'm Emma Guns host of the Emma Gun show where every week I chat with my

guests about the life lessons they've learned from going through the tough stuff. This month

I'm working with Fitbit and their Versa 4 smartwatch to celebrate the small everyday

winds we accomplish whilst working towards a bigger goal. Right now I'm focusing on

getting better sleep so I thought I'd share my little wind from this morning with you.

My sleep has been a bit patchy lately but with the help of my Versa 4 I am beginning

to see the patterns of a good night's sleep versus a bad one and in making changes accordingly.

And last night I managed to achieve my highest sleep score yet and woke up ready to take

Alright Poodle, close your eyes. I hate doing this especially starting off. This is stupid.

Like you can't I'm just closing my eyes and we're doing this remotely. We get into it.

No one can tell them closing my eyes. I don't care close your eyes. Fine.

Okay, take a deep breath because you might need it for this one. Alright, so just

imagine I want you to think about think about the best dick you probably have had all

in all of your 30s. Okay. What was his name? Stupid name come to mind. Oh, what I don't

even I can't remember his name. I can never remember any other names. Okay. Well, so close

your eyes. I think it was like Dave. Oh no Dave Mark. It was David Dave David or David.

Dave Dave. So close your eyes. Yeah. And imagine Dave. Remember Dave. Remember Dave, the

way he the way he held you the way he. None of that. You threw me around. Yeah. While

I was getting there. It looked you in the eye. Yeah. Told you you were trash whenever he

was about to come. There you go. All that kind of stuff. Just spit on your face and said

pick, pick, pick. Oh sweet nothings in my ear. So imagine that remember all of that.
