our Below Deck chat, where I take over Adam's podcast to recap the highest rated show on Bravo, Below Deck.

And we are six episodes into Below Deck Med, and it has given us a show.

Such a far contrast from the last season of Below Deck, the OG, season 12,

was just probably one of the worst seasons I've ever seen in Below Deck.

But the ratings were still there.

But now I feel like we have the yachting back and the things we like to watch back, which is so nice.

And I do apologize, guys.

I'm a little bit under the weather. As some of you might know,

we just got back from New York, where we had such a great trip to visiting Sirius XM Studios

for the All's Fair premiere, a TikTok event, and also Real Housewives of New York, Aaron Leachie's

book release,

which was so much fun.

But I feel like all of that stress

and all of that travel

have just left me a little bit
