My good friend, Yana Highholder, she is a evangelist, she is a preacher, she is an author, all the way

from Germany, she's literally like the German me, Germany, German me, I love it, but she and I recorded an episode way, way, way, way, way, way back, like a couple months ago,

and I wanted to film a proper introduction for that episode.

We're going to be talking about what it looks like to get into rest,

rhythms of rest, and if you feel burnt out, if you feel tired, if you have just been

burning the candle from both ends and you are like Lord I'm exhausted how do I keep on

doing what you've called me to do when I just feel like I don't have anything to

like flow from then this episode is for you I hope that you enjoy it and yeah so
