I want to start out today by giving you a scenario to imagine.

Imagine you're sitting in your living room and you have a nice book, maybe a cup of coffee

or tea and you're all settled in for a nice time of reading or maybe surfing the internet.

You're just really looking forward to a great time by yourself and enjoying the calm

of the moment and so you get your book out or you open up your phone app and you start

into the things that you intend to do and you notice something kind of dark and round

out of the corner of your eye and it's on the arm of the chair that you're sitting in

and you turn over to see what it is and it is a spider about a big round of half dollar.

What is going to be your first response?

Well, if you're like me or like my wife, you're going to go flying out of that chair and

you are going to find something to hit that spider with or you're going to, you know, something.

You're going to defend yourself against this big bad spider.

But then what if you notice as you jump out of the chair that the spider just falls limply

off the arm of the chair and you get up enough courage to tip to over and see what's going

on and it turns out it is a rubber spider.
