him continue to repeat these mistakes into 2025 then we're having a different conversation but i

i think when you go forward with a coach who has never even been a primary defensive play caller, a play caller in any way in the NFL and a guy who's never worked anywhere else, you had to account for there being some level of a learning curve.

And I think that's sort of what we've been witnessing in real time.

I think that Gerard would only be on shaky ground at this juncture if the team stopped

playing for him.
