I will be your host today, and we are here to dig into the results of a wet and wild Belgian Grand Prix weekend.

third, followed by Lewis Hamilton, who pitted late and stole the fastest lap. And rounding out the

rest of the top 10 is Fernando Alonzo, George Russell, Landon Norris, Esteban Okon, Lance Stroll, and Yuki

Sonoda. It's the last race before the summer break, so this will help inform a lot as we get ready for

the back half of the season. We have locked Kevin Clark out of the studio, and I am joined by Spanners

ready. Spanners, how are you? What was your biggest takeaway from this weekend in Belgium?

I'm feeling emotional. I think my biggest takeaway might be that I, yeah, I do have a level of

emotional investment in Formula One.

And it's a long old weekend, the Sprint weekend.

I didn't get fully on board on the Austrian Grand Prix weekend because it was just, it takes up too much time.

And I had an event that weekend.

But this weekend, I had nothing but F1 to focus on.

So I said, well, I'm really going to absorb it.

I'm going to stop being a negative nini about the sprint weekend format.

And I'm just going to try and enjoy it as presented.
