1:31.9	You have a busy life. You've got a job. You want to invest in real estate and build up a
1:35.5	portfolio and a stream of cash flow, but you have to understand how to do that. And we start
1:41.0	with really your personal investment philosophy. At the top of the board, if you will, personal investment philosophy drives who you are as an

1:49.6	Once you've figured that out, and we'll spend just a little bit time on that today, then
1:52.7	you have to look at real estate markets.
