Summary
In today’s devotional, we’re going to stir up our affections for God by looking at what it means when Scripture calls us his children. As a child of God, you are adopted into the family of the Creator of all. And you have a good, and loving Father, filled with grace, mercy, and compassion. May God give us eyes to see who we are to him today, and the courage to abide in him in life-giving relationship.
Our Scripture for today comes from Galatians 4:6-7, and today's worship is Hide and Seek by First15 Worship feat. Nikki Moltz.

As believers, we want a real connection with God every day, not just on Sunday. We want the peace and passion that comes from living with God, not for God. But when Monday morning rolls around we’re left thinking:
“Now what?” “How do I find and keep a daily connection with my Creator on my own?”

| 1:41.3 | Children don't worry when they have a good father. They don't wonder if they'll be |
| 1:46.9 | able to eat, if they're loved, or if they have a place in this world. The unconditional love of a |
| 1:54.4 | parent lays a foundation for them to have secure peace peace, and joy. |
| 2:01.8 | And your God desires the same for you. |
| 2:05.3 | God wants to lay an unshakable foundation for you, based solely on his love for you as |
| 2:11.3 | his child, so that when the storms come and waves crash over you, you remain strong in your identity. |
| 2:20.3 | First, let's look at what Scripture says about you, and then take some time to respond to God's word and faith. |
