Wally, have you ever reserved an Airbnb?

Yes, a couple of times.

My friends like to do them when we travel, and I've done a few on my own, but I do genuinely like it, but it always feels like, I don't know what I'm getting, you know.

Right.

I've never done it.

I've stayed in an Airbnb, but it was because a friend put it all together, but I've never done one myself. But if you are the type that uses Airbnb's a lot, you may want to get into the anti-party algorithm system. So this is something that's interesting. I didn't even think about this, but with Memorial Day and

4th of July coming, Airbnb is putting out this algorithm because they don't want you throwing

a party at an Airbnb. If you own an Airbnb, like you're renting out your home, I looked

in to see like why do people not want their Airbnb to be used for a party? And it turns out

it can cause noise complaints if it's in a quiet neighborhood. It can also cause property

damage. People just don't make wise decisions when a party is going on. And so Airbnb is trying,

I guess they're tired of hearing all the complaints from the owners. So they're like,

okay, this is the algorithm.

So if you are wanting to reserve an Airbnb, don't do these things.

They're going to be looking for the type of property that you're trying to reserve.

Okay, is it a big house?
