She says, do you do that every episode or do you like tape it? I'm like, I do whatever she was like, you're going to like hurt your voice.

You have a good voice and you're going to hurt, you know, you're genuinely hurting yourself. And I was like, okay, I guess. And then I, it's funny because this is kind of like a metaphor for life.

And I'm going to bring in our guests because I'm super excited to have him here and I think he's going to have a good opinion on this.
