Hello champion Sam Crowley welcome back I want to talk about what it means to be lean and mean

I'm not talking about body or fitness right I'm talking about business as an entrepreneur you know a lot of the times we think

Well, I'm just getting started out I'm not this big organization

I'm not a big company don't have a lot of employees and people don't know me who's gonna pay me

Let's just spill all of that inside today's podcast all right you ready let's go

So I want to take you back to around 2002 and in the ad game at the time I was selling well

I wasn't selling I was a manager at the time but I grew up selling yellow pages in Buffalo, New York for 9x

Yellow pages which stood forward New York, New England I'm not sure what the X was be honest with you

Anywho it was Bell Atlantic after that and then moved to Cincinnati Ohio was selling here became a manager blah blah blah blah blah blah

So around 2002 I was going up in the management corporate game
