Hey y'all, welcome to the Christian Space TV and podcast where Christ and Culture connects.

I pray that you guys are having a wonderful day.

As you guys see from the title, today we're talking about being content in every season,

and we're coming from the book of 1st Samuel

chapter 22 and we're gonna be focusing on verse 2 so grab your journals. I have to

start this podcast off with a small disclaimer y Y'all, I just finished praying the house down.

So if I sound a little hoarse, it's because I am.

It's because I am because I just went to war in prayer.

I actually did a three day fast this weekend.

If I go ghost on my social media platforms

and I'm not talking to you, I'm not posting nothing,

y'all already know what that means. but yes, I did a three day fast this

weekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and it was supposed to end today, but honestly, y'all,

the fast was so great. I fasted social media. The fast was so great I fast at social media the fast was so great that I think I'm going to extend it

or just restart it I don't know I don't know but it ended yesterday and it was such a great fast there was so much

fresh revelation so much clarity and I prayed today and I'm just like oh God that was

good so then I'm just like oh shoot I still have to record the podcast and I'm about to lose my voice. So let's just get into it. We're coming from the book of 1st Samuel chapter 22 in verse 2. And what's happening in this verse is David is on the run so

King saw is trying to kill David because he's becoming envious of him they

said saw has slain his thousands and David, his tens of thousands. That's what they said in 1st Samuel 21 verse 11, which is right before 1st Samuel 22. So Saul is on a hunt for David because he's jealous of him and he wants to kill him because it's obvious that David is going to be next in line to be king.
