If you're living under a rock, you probably have not seen my unorthodox life yet, but it is a show on Netflix,

which is the way that I discovered today's guest, Julia Hart. She is just absolutely incredible.

She's so much more than a show. We're going to dig into her whole entire story and everything that she has to offer us today.

Thank you. So for those of the women who are listening who haven't watched the show yet, can you just give us a brief introduction to who you are and what you're about?

Certainly. So first of all, I hope everyone goes home immediately. I'm watching the show.

Yeah, I'm, you know, it's basically what I'm currently doing in the present informed by my past.

I run 48 global agencies around the world in elite world group. We're the first talent as media company.

And when I took over the company, it's because I understood that with the audience going towards the social media and the digital space, we could really help our talent become voyants and networks in and of themselves, giving them financial independence longevity in their career and truly transforming them into plants.

And that's, you know, what my day is so that's the mission. The mission is to create this army of financially independent women. Now how I got there, the trajectory is, you know, kind of the second part of the show.

So part of it is work and how we help women and what we're, how we're changing the modeling industry. And the second part of course is how everything I do now is informed by my past.

And I have a bit of a strange fast. I grew up in a very extreme ultra orthodox, fundamentalist community, married off and 19 to a guy I met for a few hours.

No education, no way of supporting myself, no ability or purpose other than being a wife and a mother.
