I don't know about you, but every year when the Little League World Series starts, I get extremely excited.

It's like it's the last year at 12 years old that its kids play in baseball because then it goes to Pony Colt and they become young men.

There's still kids and it's so much fun to watch.

And so watching Needville and then watching the entire tournament once I saw their first game, including the international games was so much fun.

And as it turns out, the chief of the Umpire crew is actually from Beaumont.

Okay, so I told you when you came on, before you came on, that I wanted to apologize to you because like many parents in the stands, like many coaches and like the fans at home, which I was, there is a tendency when things don't go our way to blame blue because he must be out to get us.

Let me stop you there because that was really the question I wanted to ask. So you volunteer at the World Series. You might get paid on the local level.

Why on how does how do you sustain yourself knowing that even if you do your job at 100% you know A plus the Michael Jordan of upping, no one's going to go at the end of the game.

They call the great game up, especially if they lose. And if you win, you still don't, don't credit the Ump. What sustains you and all that?

Because no, is there a real say you did a good job?
