from a $3 million start-up into a $60 million online operation.

Then, in 2009, he co-founded VaynerMedia, a digital ad agency that has grown to over 800 employees

and works with companies like Pepsi and JP Morgan Chase.

He also puts out a daily video series and regular podcast in which he offers advice for success in business and life.

What do you do?

I'm an entrepreneur.

I am an operating entrepreneur who happens to put out a lot of personal content of that journey.

So there is some awareness of who I am as a human.

But at the end of the day, I'm an executive of several companies that I run.
