Zane O'Mara who is a Montana police officer who is going to share with us his story of survival after being

drunk by a drunk driver actually convoluted struck and drunk you heard me mess that up right there

I'm not going to change I I'm not gonna edit that out.

I'm gonna own my mistakes here on the podcast,

but struck by a drunk driver in the line of duty

and underwent some major medical attention and care to, I'm guessing, make somewhat of a

full recovery and grow quite the impressive mustache. A lot of you can't see this. I'm having a

Zoom call with him at the moment to record this podcast, but it is

outrageously full and very Ron Burgundy-ish. That's right man. You got a

very full run. So anyway, thanks for being on the podcast,

Zane. Yeah, thanks for having man. I appreciate it. So just give us a little context of who you are and how you got into law

enforcement, how long you've been in law enforcement? So yeah, Zane O'Mara, Great Falls, Montana.

I've lived here my whole life, almost 27 years. Went to high school, we actually had this program called Street Law.

I took as a senior in high school.

So actually, the man who is my sergeant now taught that class.

I kind of just fell in love with the job watching him teach us about it, man.
