This conversation that we are going to have one today is so needed because we cannot really

expect to change the world without first having changed men.

Okay, go ahead and loosen up because it's going to get hot in here, all right?

We cannot effectively change the world without having changed men and I begin to just think about

some things. If I was a man listening to culture, I would be confused. First, it was they wanted

men to be a provider. He didn't talk much, he didn't express himself, but he just provided.

And then back then the ladies say, don't you talk about your father, don't you talk about him

because he's a good man and that good man was attached to him being a provider. And then

later on, I was like, okay, I need him to express himself. I need him to be vulnerable.

I need him to be able to talk to me and share his heart with me and his feelings with me.

And then it transitioned to, I need a high value man. If you don't make six figures,

then you're not a good man. So as a man, I'm like, which one do I do?

Which one do I do? And then an undertaught principle that we were talking about is men need

affirmation. See how quiet it's getting? Like, it's amazing. I don't need you. You saw her. And

then when he leaves you, why did you leave me? If we are made in God's image and God's likeness and

God loves worship and worship is to compliment him and compliment what he is doing. If we're made

in his image and his likeness, we need it too. But the thing is, how do I be what I have never seen?

How do I be what I have never seen? And why do we have men who roar for sports but me out with faith?

Right? So there are a lot of aspects of being a man that is not being necessarily taught in church

we're talking about them but we're not training them and teaching them. And so therefore we have

a condition in all churches. This is not just in America but globally where there always seems to

be more women than men. And so we're praying and we're asking God to just guide us to be able to
