| 0:00.0 | One part of my game has benefited the most from caddying. It's absolutely course management. Like for instance, Ocean Course is a Pete Dye course. What he does is visual deception. He makes it look like there's nowhere to land your T-shot when in reality there's a 60-yard fairway out there. So a lot of times while I'm caddying on the second hole and the guys are looking at it and I can see in their face that they're like, where do I hit this? This looks impossible. I'll tell them, look, to you this looks impossible, but to me, I see if you know how far you hit your driver, then you have literally 100 yards of room out there to land this. So if we pick the right target, you got 50 yards on both sides. So I would say course management is by far the thing that I've learned the most from Caddy. |
