Well, so it's certainly not implausible that the Chinese government might rather see

There are unique reasons that Tik-Toc has captured 170 million users here in the U.S.

It was developed in China, a country that plays by different rules.

They built out their internet in a very different way and they have a totally

different view of privacy. So it might look entirely different if it was built here.

Now overnight in Beijing, China's Ministry of Commerce, they seem to double down on the idea that it wouldn't just let

Tik-Tok be bought saying that the relevant party should strictly abide by

Chinese laws and regulations. Let's talk about those regulations because they could
