Brad had retired from the Pontiac Police Department.

I asked him if there was any guns or anything that he had. He stated the only

gun was a shotgun in the laundry room and it was broken down during the search. We found the 22 caliber

shell in the barn. We didn't find a 22 caliber rifle. But yet we found 22 caliber shells and a woodcase made for a 22 rifle

with the cleaning rods in it. It's kind of odd that he would have those and not have the rifle.

Brad King advised that he had went for a long walk back on the property, and when he returned, he found

Diane laying in the driveway next to the vehicle.
