for behind the uniform rob more rod how you doing good how are you great man glad to have you

with this and you know glad to have you talk to us about your journey, man.

It's, you know, looking at your career.

I'm proud to see your journey at the same time, man.

It's tough to see, but I'm proud to see your grind and so let's let's just

start there to talk about the grind I know it's it's tough to talk about setbacks

but at the same time to watch you persevere I can't help but be you know

overtaken with the pride that I see in how you've been able to kind of see your your

you know perseverance through that struggle so talk to me about that and how that's been

going for you so far right now it's going pretty good to be honest at the beginning it

was real hard like you know especially coming back like after the season that we had

coming off the Natty that was like the main thing that I didn't want to happen was to get hurt and then you know we went in the spring got hurt and then

I mean it probably took me about three to four months to really kind of be cool with where I was at

because like like I said like you know where I was trying to go like that, that was the last year. I was trying to be captain.

I was trying to, you know, lead the team to something better.

But, I mean, it's all part of God's plan.

So, I mean, that's the thing that I've kind of been preaching and living by and going through my mom and my dad. just staying positive about everything because like you have those bad days where you get down
