Hello, WineAppers. My name is Jesse Mekim. This is podcast number 519 for WineApp, where

we teach you four rules to help you stop the paycheck to paycheck, get out of debt

and save more money. Today, I bring you another behind-the-scenes podcast where we chat

with some of the WineApp team members. Specifically, we're going to hit on what it is like to work

here at WineApp. This is particularly relevant because we found out just recently that

we were named the number one small workplace to work in the United States by Fortune Magazine,

and that is made particularly sweet because that is the second time in a row that we have

been named number one. So, I am an awe of that. At the same time, surprised and then not surprised.

When I think about each individual on our growing team, I just think, yeah, of course, this is a

great place to work. Of course, this is the number one place to work. But today,

you get to hear, yeah, the inside version. So, what do people here at WineApp think about working

here at WineApp? I hope you enjoy.

And I was actually a hardcore WineApp user myself, so I just happened to see the posting on the

Facebook group. And it's like, well, that would be a fun opportunity for a little while. And I tried

it out, loved it, loved working with everybody. And so then as the other opportunities came up,

I was just like, yes, this is the place. Yeah, was it really fun like you thought it would be?

Oh my gosh, it was so much fun. I was such a geek about WineApp already. So, to get kind of the

behind the scenes insight into what actually went on and the fact that all the people and the

company itself were just as awesome as WineApp, the product was really exciting for me.

When you came onto WineApp, what made you feel like you should apply?

I feel like I should apply because I knew that I had experienced such a breakthrough with my own

finances because of WineApp that I could probably help other new users. And that has been absolutely
