I feel that given the gravity of this development and situation, this particular behind the scene should be made available to all.

Because by seeing the raw real emotion behind this, you can reach and impact more people.

This is a very difficult time for many. The US is a bad place.

So today, you know, I, today has been really tough.

I woke up and I started searching for a podcast to listen to to hear other people talk about how they were feeling, feeling like I was.

I actually found it really helpful, although very difficult, but also cathartic, to

do behind the scenes today and to come together with our community and do behind the scenes and also, of course, to have Spencer make me laugh and to get distracted by

all of your gymnastics questions. So today, instead of this just being a behind the scenes for members, we're going to make it available to everybody.
