the Cold War would be a part of that.

This is Sean Levy. He's an executive producer and one of the directors of Stranger Things.

He's the guy the Duffer brothers originally brought the idea to, and he helped them pitch it to Netflix and once the

duffers started outlining season three they let Sean know that they were going to

bring in a Russian plot line. Back when I thought it was still like a really

outdated idea and a throwback idea now oddly topical
