And we're going to talk about that.

She has a podcast that she lovingly calls the

Hi, Tane, so happy to be here. Thank you so much for having me. What a lovely intro. Thank you.

Oh, yes, it's deserving. Thank you for coming on this show. I came across your content and I almost like wept for joy. That's an exaggeration. But basically, I was so happy because it's like, oh my God, this is the answer to all the questions as someone who just like spends a lot of their time watching reality TV shows.

So the first question I'm going to ask is, how did you get into reality TV like as a career?

Yes.

Great question.

And I'm so happy that you're happy to watch it because I feel like I used to see this behind the scenes content of all these like, you know, Game of Thrones and like these big movies. And I was like,

there's no behind the scenes content of these reality shows that people also love so much. So I'm

glad it's resonating. I got into reality TV the way all good things happened, which is meeting

a random man in a bar. I'd been in, I'd been an extra in a music video for a boy band I was obsessed with. I was also a big boy band chaser back in the day. And I remember seeing people on set who were working and I was like, that looks way more fun than what I'm doing, which is like standing this long line and like having to like be really excited at this concert. So like maybe I should look into

that for a career. I'd failed out of my econ major so I'd no idea what I was doing with my life. And I loved reality TV and I met this guy in a bar and he was like, oh, I'm working on keeping up with the Kardashians. And I was like, this is the coolest person I've ever met in my entire life. if like I didn't even occur to me that I could do that.

So we stay in touch very casually.

I would like get coffees when that I could do that. So we stayed in touch

very casually. I would like get coffees when I was down in L.A. with him. I got an internship

in the entertainment industry classic, you know, working for free as a receptionist at Jennifer

Lopez's production company and just stayed in touch with him.
