0:13.1	I am Bran, and today we are going behind the scenes to find out how a movie is made.
0:20.1	We were lucky enough to go on set for the upcoming movie Mimics,
0:24.6	way back in June of 2024.
0:28.6	Back when we started this podcast in 2018,
0:31.2	our very first interview was with a fellow named Christopher Palaha
0:34.5	to talk about his movie Rocky Mountain Christmas.
0:37.6	Many years later, we've kept in touch with Chris.
0:40.5	He's come on the show many times.
0:41.8	And when we found out that he was going to be directing his first ever feature film,
0:46.9	we knew that we wanted to go on set, to witness what was going on.
0:52.1	And we decided that we would record a little bit as well to try to put together
0:55.9	the pieces to figure out how is a movie actually made an independent movie from the writing
1:02.9	to the financing to the filming what goes in to making a movie. With mimics finally coming out on February 13th,
1:12.6	it seemed like a perfect time
1:13.8	to put this out into the world
1:15.9	to showcase the making of mimics.
