What law enforcement does is we try to encourage people to be participants.

They literally walk in and patch you down and they literally miss the wire that day.

While there's somebody on the front porch pitching COVID-19 insurance,

there's somebody at the back door breaking into the damn house.

Well, this is Dr. Phil and you have found your way to fill into blanks and I have what is

clearly a very exciting episode for me for a couple of reasons.

You guys know how big a supporter I am of law enforcement.

It's been said many times that you cut Dr. Phil and he bleeds blue and there is

nothing I'm proud to confirm. I stand behind the men and women in uniform,

those from coast to coast and border to border that stand in the gap to keep all of us safe.

One of the programs I'm most proud of on Dr. Phil is the program we call

behind the badge where we talk to the men and women who do wear the uniforms,

who do stand behind the badges. I have two people joining us today that I think you are

going to absolutely be fascinated by. One of them is a very good personal friend of mine.

I'm going to tell you a little bit about him and the other guests before I let them speak.

The guest that is a good friend of mine that I've known for a number of years and have worked

with on a number of occasions is George Mueller. Now George has currently been appointed as the

deputy commissioner of the enforcement branch of the California Department of Insurance.

This is a fraud division that investigates suspected fraud committed by consumers or organized

criminal elements perpetrated against insurance companies. Now George is a cop. He served as assistant

chief and Bureau of Investigation for Los Angeles County District Attorney's office and that's
