0:05.8	So Neil and I, we have conversations with our CEO friends or other CEOs that we work

0:12.3	And just the other day Puerto Rico I met up with
0:14.3	actually three three friends for a dinner before I dropped in for a conference and so I'll kick it off
0:21.1	first you know you can share some things and, you know,

0:24.5	unless, you know, they're comfortable sharing this stuff.
0:26.7	But what I've noticed and we talked about this is,

0:32.1	I'm not going gonna name names here,
0:33.0	but he's like, oh yeah, for our company,
0:35.4	we do not hire people from California.
0:37.6	We do not hire people from New York.
0:39.0	We don't hire people from Colorado.
0:40.2	I was like, why is that?
0:41.0	He's like, because those states cause problems.
0:43.6	Like, you know, they're very litigious.
0:46.0	And, you know, people are nuts.
0:48.2	And we've had like a lot of, you know,
