start this off with, so in April, I think it was April. Yeah, April of 2022. So April of earlier this

year, Pat Flynn from Smart Passive Income. For many of you know who Pat is, Pat's been on the podcast several times here.

Pat is my best friend.

And I've known Pat.

He's one of the very first people that I met in the online space.

So back even when I was in the corporate world, I had Southern California as part of my territory.
