I think the big differences in loyalty and that Israelis because they grow up in an army ethos

have this thing where you don't leave room to soldiers in the field and so people are extremely loyal

so your average employee is going to stay in the Israeli company a lot longer than they do today in the U.S.

Today you have kind of what I call equity portfolio collectors in the U.S.

You know, they do one or two years at this company, invest some stock and move on.

Here people are pretty loyal, and I think that's a big difference difference enables you to build bigger things. I think there's also

built things over a long period of time.
