1:42.8	It's really a war.
1:43.7	Some people call it a Cold War. It's a sort of a pre-war
1:47.7	between the United States and the People's Republic of China. And this war is clearly at the
1:53.9	initiative of the United States. I'm looking at a recent set of headlines about an meeting between the United States FBI and the
2:04.3	UK's MI5, the two leading intelligence agencies in the United States and Britain.
2:11.9	An unprecedented meeting. This is the leadership of the intelligence organizations in the U.S. and Great Britain.
2:19.3	Here it is, heads of FBI in MI5. Issues strong warning about the threat to the West from China.
2:28.7	Speaking alongside his British counterpart in London, FBI director Christopher Ray issued his starkest warning yet
2:36.9	about the national security threat to the West from China, even as intelligence officials in
2:44.0	Washington released the report about Beijing's efforts to influence state and local politics in the United States.
2:53.6	In a first ever joint appearance Wednesday with the director of Britain's MI5, the UK's
3:00.2	Domestic Intelligence Agency, raised the possibility that China might be inching closer to
3:07.2	invading Taiwan, noting that Beijing has been
3:10.7	taking steps to shield its economy from sanctions that would come after such a move.
