you don't need to wait on getting a big book deal. You can make a change and make a difference

like right now. You can share what you have to say right now. You're not just a writer. You're a speaker. You are not even just a speaker. You have been practicing in the mirror since you were six years old pretending you were on television. You're supposed to speak in front of the camera, right? But like, I couldn't see any of that at the time.

And so now I look back and I But like, I couldn't see any of that at the time.

And so now I look back and I'm like, whoa, this book feels more like a cherry on top of

everything I've done as opposed to the center of it all.

And that's so magical.

Welcome to Big Conversations. Happy May 6th or whenever you're listening to this. Happy book launch. You have the magic is out in the world everywhere, which is crazy because I'm recording this literally on book launch eve. So I'm like speaking as if I'm in the future already, but I can't believe it comes out tomorrow. I mean, maybe I've

wrapped my head around it a little more since last week, but still, what a crazy feeling.

I wanted to do a little episode called Behind the Pages because I think that's super cute. I know a lot of

you guys want to be authors or you're interested in publishing. And I also know a lot of you guys who are reading the book

probably want to hear more about like, I don't know, maybe the process or it's a long story

that led me here. And that's why I feel like it's worth a podcast episode on its own because I also
