Poland will explain how Medicare for all could easily be financed covering everyone with no co-pays and saving money.

And then Anton Yeager will examine the shortcomings of post or anti-work doctrine.

First, Medicare for all, which is probably better branding, the geeky term single-payer.

The airways and fiber optic cables are pulsing with gin with enormous estimates of how much

universal health coverage would cost. 32 trillion over the next decade in the headline- grabbing estimate from the Mercadus Institute, a coke-funded free market think tank at George Mason University.

That sounds like a lot, but is it?

For one thing, the study also estimated that that was $2 trillion less

than it would cost to do just the same thing as we are now,

which is surprising, considering the source,

but much less interesting to mainstream

war rewards.

Now the Political Economy Research Institute, Perry to its friends, at the University of Massachusetts

is out with its own estimates.

This is a long and rigorous study, not one of those

slender pamphlets think tanks often put out. It shows we could cover everyone in the U.S.

with no co-pays and cut overall health spending by almost a fifth.
