1:06.0	the country's parliamentary party's agreed that it was time to rewrite the Constitution,
1:10.0	a holdover from the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet.
1:14.0	I guess it's pronounced Pinochet in Spanish,
1:16.0	but I'm habituated to the fragified version used by most USians.
1:20.0	Delegates to a constitutional convention were elected in May 2021
1:24.0	and began their work with following July.
