All right, we are here. We are back. It's been, I guess, two weeks since our last episode,

but we are back with a unique episode of the single track podcast. This is sort of a behind-the-scenes

conversation. I'm joined by friends, colleagues, Drew Darby, and Rob Fisher. And we're here today

to talk about a film that we just released to the single track YouTube channel called The Finisher,

which details or chronicles Jasmine Paris's quest to attempt the Barclay marathons,

and over a three-year stretch ultimately finished the race.

And in doing so, becoming the first female finisher to sort of ever crack the code.

And we've been in the weeds on this story for, I mean, in some sense,

for the past year, since the 2024 Barclay Marathons concluded, we have been at least thinking

about this story. And then, of course, things expedited in the last two to three months. And

here we are. But I thought it would be cool to, for all three of us to congregate here and kind of reflect on on our work

how we were thinking about it what transpired before we get into it though i want to do brief

introductions starting with you drew what's sort of the the 60 second elevator pitch for who you

are and your involvement on this thing well thanks for having for having me back, Finn. I guess welcome back

and welcome to the single track podcast. Now, I'm a filmmaker by trade. I've played a lot of

different roles from most recently on this project. I was the director of photography, editor,

had the pleasure of actually being at Barclay last year and then bringing this project to the

finish line this year.

Yeah, so my name is Rob Fisher.

I'm just happy to be here. But aside from that, I'm a visual effects artist.

More specifically, I'm working in the motion design realm.
