0:48.3	The idea to do the energy updates evolved over time, so originally I wrote the articles and they were written pieces. I didn't start putting them on video until 2012, but why I started doing them was in 2007 or 2008,
0:58.0	a friend sent me an energy update from someone called Karen Bishop. And she had this blog called
1:05.0	What's Up on Planet Earth? And she would write for sensitive people what we might be going through or feeling on a planetary
1:13.0	level or an energetic level. And they were the best thing. Like when I would get one of these,
1:18.5	I would feel seen, I would feel validated in my inner world. And even though I think Karen
1:26.1	was popular at the time, these were still fairly new.
1:29.2	So a few of us knew those updates and Karen stopped doing them. She stopped doing them, I think
1:35.0	around 2009, 2010. She just said, I'm stopping. So I missed them. And because I was working
1:42.6	intuitively in group workshops, I would stand at the front of the room and just speak to the group about what I was feeling was coming up for them and showing up for them. I thought, I wonder if I can do one. So I used to write them. And then in 2012, I had the idea, well, what if I did this on camera? Because I'd put some videos on YouTube, and so that was how they began.
2:05.6	And at the time, I called them an energy forecast, and I kept that title for many years.
2:10.6	And then at a certain point, I thought, well, it's not always future.
2:14.6	Sometimes I'm sharing things that people are already experiencing,
