today we have a fun topic which a lot of people have asked questions about and that is kind of

the fantasy football industry for us as career paths I guess and there is another show that we will do down the line,

which is kind of what we do outside of fantasy football.

But this is kind of how we got into it

or what our plan or our weekly schedules and things like that are.

So I think it could be interested for people to hear and listen into.

I think this is going to be a fun one to give a peek behind the curtain.

Well, Colin, you pitched this as non- Fantasy Football, but this is a fantasy football.

A fantasy football show today, it'll just be from a little bit different angle.

And like you said, behind the scenes, get a feel for some of the things that we do, how we got

into the industry. Questions like this come some of the things that we do, how we got into the industry.

Questions like this come up all the time. And one of the things that I think is fun about

fantasy football, definitely fun about ROTA biz, is that we're willing to give people an opportunity

if you have the talent and the skill set to at least make a start.

You know, Blair Andrews does a fantastic job of helping develop our writers.

We've had some really more or less beginning writers who have won awards or been nominated

for awards.

And every year we have breakout writers at RotoViz.

So it's fun to see people develop and really make their way in the industry.

But the main thing is to have enthusiasm for it to not expect everything to happen in one day,

but to be able to work out a little bit, but then, you know, to have fun with it.
