Well, I stopped counting down. I was trying to reminisce last night. When was the last time I was

so excited, I could barely wait. That doesn't happen. That's been years gone. But I have mixed

feelings. I love a birthday. I love looking at the date of my birthday. I love being a Virgo. I love

all the love of people that you just don't talk to coming out of the woodwork to say that they're

thinking about you. But it's also always a little emotional because I also realize what a privilege

every birthday is and how many people in all of our lives you lose before you hit that age.

So you get philosophical? I do. I do. And that's been later. I mean, once I lost my best friend's

niece was 19 months old when she passed. From that point on, every time a number's hit, I think of
