non-conference game of the early 2023 slate. We are going to be talking some Bowling Green Falcons football

today, but we're going to do

things in a little bit of a different order. If you've been listening to this show throughout the

year, you know we talk Michigan's upcoming opponent, and then we talk Michigan State and

Ohio State. But given the news out of East Lansing over the weekend and throughout this

week, we are going to

first talk Michigan State. So stay tuned for my conversation with Stephen Brooks from Spartan

Tailgate from our 24-7 sports network. And then after that, we'll talk some bowling green and wrap

things up with the Buckeyes.

So as I've had every week through this point in the season, I've got Stephen Brooks from

Spartan Tailgate on the line with me to talk about the week it's been, and it's only Tuesday,

in East Lansing.

Stephen, there's a politics podcast that I used to listen to, particularly, you know, around the

2016 election, that would always begin by saying exactly what date and time the podcast

was recorded because things could change by the time people listen to it.

And I think it's important that we start with that is that this podcast was recorded on Tuesday,

September 12th at 3.39 p.m. And things may have changed by the time you listen to this because

things are a little bit tumultuous in East Lansing right now. We're not going to dive too much into the specifics of the allegations surrounding Mel Tucker.

Neither of us are lawyers, and there is a legal and disciplinary process that has to play out.
